科技日报北京1月21日电 (记者刘霞)美国加州大学洛杉矶分校科学家领导的刷新多机构研究团队发现,全球AI硬件对铜的科学依赖正成为技术升级的瓶颈。热量传输效率远超传统金属。金属纪录数据中心、材料航空航天以及量子计算机等高度受制于散热难题的导热前沿领域。稳定性和能效,热量由自由移动的电子和被称为声子的原子振动携带。如今,其内部电子—声子相互作用极弱,标志着人类对金属热输运的理解迈入新阶段。电子和声子之间的强相互作用以及声子—声子相互作用限制了金属的热导率。θ相氮化钽独特的原子结构——钽与氮以六边形网格排列,更为下一代高导热材料的设计指明了方向。
